Working hours: 09:30 AM - 17:30 PM

: 06:00 AM – 14:00 PM

: 08:00 AM – 16:00 AM

: 10:00 AM – 16:00 PM

: 14:00 PM – 22:00 PM

: 16:00 PM – 12:00 AM

: 18:00 PM – 02:00 AM

Working days: Monday – Sunday

Day off: Rotating

Salary: Negotiate

- English & Khmer

+Job Description

-Provide professional support to customers.

-Receive phone calls and consult with customers, solving problem

for customers etc.

-Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.

-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

+Requirements

-Graduate / Studying bachelor's degree.

-Good command of English by including listening, reading

and writing.

-Must have excellent communication skills and always be patient.

-Experience in the related field is preferable.

-Ability to deal with difficult situations.

-Initiative, a high sense of responsibility.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Good Computer skills.
