Hotline Customer Care: Inbound Call Center Service

In addition to Service 8080, our call center can be customized to meet each and individual needs of a company or an NGO who need to outsource their hotline customer care. We have worked with Youth Council of Cambodia on a very big project to support the national election in 2013 in order to provide key information for the people to inquire about election process and registration. Furthermore, our call center can be used to support various companies’ delivery service as well as hotline call-in services.
